I have lived at Nox for two months now and I have been an excellent experience. They have excellent amenities, the staff is very timely and kind. Everything is always clean and well kept. Looking forward to construction being finished and having more parking options!

This is a wonderful place to live! It has everything you need nearby, the location is perfect, the schools are great, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. Even though the community is still under construction, everything is clean, well-maintained, and organized. The staff has been excellent—they have helped us from day one with every question or concern we’ve had. It’s truly a wonderful place to call home!

I recently moved into Nox Apartments, and my experience has been outstanding from day one. The staff made me feel at home immediately and gave me a true sense of belonging. They are very responsive and quick to address any maintenance requests, which has made the transition smooth and stress-free. The area is peaceful and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers, making it easy to run errands and enjoy local amenities. The gym is excellent, and the pool area is beautiful and well maintained. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Nox, particularly Beth and her team! From our initial tour, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. The team was incredibly thorough as we toured several units before deciding which one was the right fit for us. Beth, Taya, Jamie and the maintenance team have been absolutely wonderful throughout the application and move-in process, always available to answer questions and provide assistance. The apartment is beautiful, and the new community offers so many fantastic amenities. I am so happy with my decision to live here and look forward to calling Nox home for many years to come!

So far (1.5 weeks) things have been very good. The apartment is as advertised and for me personally the layout with the big island is great because I cook a lot. The amenities are very good. The gym is great, and the clubhouse has a lot of stuff. Great if you want to have a group of people over. I had an issue with the AC (I am the first person renting this particular unit) and they got resolved quickly. The pictures on the website are accurate.

We relocated to PGH from FL and the Nox apartments was probably 6th or 7th on our list. Beth gave us a tour of the complex and was so kind to let us view a few of the available floor-plans. At the end she told us “You’ll be back.” Hate to say it, but we were back the next day and applied as soon as we got back home to FL to pack.

Toured this new apartment complex on behalf of friends considering move to Pittsburgh. I have to say, this stood well above others on their short list. To begin with, the convenient location offers quick and easy highway access to reach the airport or downtown Pittsburgh in minutes. The apartments are all brand new, modern, clean and upscale. Nox also has many amenities; including a fantastic gym & fitness center, beautiful outdoor area with a large pool, pickleball court, and picnic area. There's a cozy yet spacious clubhouse with additional separate party rooms and offices for remote workers that can be reserved for resident's private use. The units are available in a variety of configurations suitable for most any needs and there are 4 and 6 month options available in addition to year-to-year leases. The staff I met during the tour were all very friendly and professional, especially Beth who conducted the tour. The pricing was surprisingly reasonable, especially given the quality of these brand new

5 stars. Beth, Melissa, and Darwin at the front office/clubhouse have been great. Genuinely kind, helpful people. I didn’t have the water turned on for my dishwasher and Darwin came over within 15 minutes and fixed it. Beth gave me a wonderful tour of the facilities, and Melissa has been keeping great track of my mail while the system gets fully set up (it’s a brand-new complex). Coming from a moldy, old apartment building, moving into a clean, brand-new place with modern appliances, good air, amenities, and a balcony has been a huge upgrade. I’m more than content here and really appreciate the support from the staff. Excited to be here, thank you to everyone.

The Nox Apartments are a new community in the Pittsburgh area, located right next to Costco in Robinson Township. The location is excellent, with easy access to Walmart, Aldi, Gordon Food Service, IKEA, many restaurants, and other stores. As a strategic location, it is hard to beat. The community is brand new and offers great amenities, including a large lobby area for residents, a well-equipped gym, conference rooms, package lockers for deliveries, a nice pool area, barbecue spaces, and a great management team that is always helpful and supportive to residents. Overall, it is a great place to live. The only downside is the building construction. Since the apartments were developed by Milhaus, the floor and ceiling materials seem to allow a lot of noise between apartments. It is easy to hear footsteps, people walking, and other movements from the floor above, which can be inconvenient and annoying, especially for residents who work evenings or need quiet during the day. The overall facility is beautiful and it has a lot of amenities. But, there are a minimum of units with walk in showers which are a must for us. The corner fourth floor unit is the best, but there is no walk in shower. I know that there are ADA compliant units, but they do not have the desired floor plan.
